Shipping Orders are professionally inspected and carefully packaged before shipment. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Returns FTS Electronics accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and must include all accessories and packaging originally provided.

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, FTS Electronics will cover the return shipping cost and work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Product serial numbers and condition are documented before shipment to help protect both the customer and FTS Electronics.

90-Day Limited Warranty

Every certified refurbished device sold by FTS Electronics is backed by a 90-day limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

The warranty covers defects in functionality that occur under normal use, including issues with audio, Bluetooth connectivity, charging, controls, microphones, Active Noise Cancellation, Transparency Mode, and other tested hardware functions.

If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, FTS Electronics will work with you to repair the device, provide a replacement, or issue a refund when appropriate.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, loss or theft, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or damage caused after delivery.

All serial numbers and product condition are documented before shipment. Please contact FTS Electronics before returning a warranty item so we can provide return instructions.
